What do you do with items sent for repair?

If I have a headset repaired that is out of warranty, what is my repair warranty entitlement?

Do you supply new headsets as well as processing repairs?
A 90 day (3 month) warranty will be available on your repaired headset.
We will perform the following functions to headsets:

• Incoming visual inspection

• Electronic bench test

• Replacement of defective electronic components

• Final bench test and calibration according to manufacturers specifications

Repaired headsets will be sanitised. We will replace ear cushions, microphone screens, then bag the headsets before returning.
